I was inspired by a user on Scratch who I believe also has a Deviant Art as well named AhyunChan and their project called Yellow Boots. It's very simple but so beautiful so I desided to draw the girl in it. I'm not the best a people, but hey, I tried right? I'm not at all happy with the rain, I will most likely fix it later.
