haha it's finally finished! (ignore the ridiculous time, please)
i learned a few things on this article about colors and all that
so i thought i would try it out on a new character.
i had made a traditional drawing before this and i was too
lazy to come up with something else so here's a digital drawing. c:

cecil's design is by a friend of mine. they're absolutely fabulous
and talented at art. they usually do more complicated designs,
so i was surprised when this baby was given to me. i love how
simple it is, though; plus, who said simple was bad?
