based off a fairy tale I used to read a lot as a kid. There was this woman who kept having children, but this other woman (who I think was her stepmother or mother in law or something) kept stealing the children for some reason (because they would eventually take the throne? Idk I was like 6) and saying that the mother killed them, but the husband never believed the evil step-mother-in-law untill the evil step mother in law put a drop of blood on the mother's dress, so the husband banished the mother so the mother lived in the woods untill she was visited by her 7 (I think) children who had been turned into swans by the evil step mother in law and they told her that in order to break their swan curse she had to not speak for seven years while making shirts out of some sort of thorny flower-plant thing and she was almost finished when for some reason she was sentenced to death but the sleeve of the last shirt wasn't finished but her children put the shirts on anyway so they could save their mother but the 7th child put on the shirt without the one sleeve and so he had a wing instead of an arm for the rest of his life but yeah the kids saved their mom the end.

Might sell this guy on DA but idk yet. Also if anyone knows what the story is called please tell me

That story apparently has several versions, as a lot of fairy tales do. The version I know is The Wild Swans, which is about a girl who has eleven brothers who she creates flax shirts for in order to break their swan by day, human by night curse.

Glad to hear someone else has interest in that story. I love fairy tales and I love Andersen's versions the most.
