Greetings there, Trust me I am beginning to see a improvement here, the thing is the more you practice the better you shall get, I tend to draw from time to time and I believe if you work on certain sections then place them altogether you'll see a bigger improvement. Now to look at the picture, you're correct when you stated that her face is decent you have clearly begun to get a perfect shape!
