Dude, all you gotta do is stuff like this. Make loose sketches like this one here and practice. Take up figure drawing classes when you can and if you're a bit off-put by nude models that most classes provide there are all kinds of clothed stock models on deviantart that you can look at and practice with instead.
If you really want it, you'll get there. Shoot, I'm still not where I want to be with my art. lol
