it's Death the kid, from soul eater. (and, in my opinion, the most awesome character besides Dr. Stein)
He's obsessed with symmetry, but he has three stripes(lines of Sanzu) on the left side of his head XD
So he always breaks down about little things(i.e not folding the toilet paper in a triangle, getting his pants wet, the painting in his room not hanging EXACTLY in the middle)
