You wear guilt
Like shackles on your feet
Like a halo in reverse
I can feel
The discomfort in your seat
And in your head it's worse
This is inspired by the song Halo by Depeche Mode. The shackles are more figurative then literal. I don't put Castan in shackles at all in my book...though I could...that might be kinda fun actually... Anyways, he's wears guilt like shackles on his feet just like the song says. Cas, is terrible. He's done so many terrible things. The world has been cruel to him and he throws all he can back at it. But he's got something pure inside him underneath all his bitterness, anger, and coldness. He's got goodness in him. Goodness that he doesn't know whether he should snuff out or not.
Hmmm sorry about the sidewaysness I would turn it right side up but if that's possible I don't know how to do it
