- I named it this because that was the original reason for this image... I wanted to draw Drekkan smoking a cigarette that produces rainbow smoke. I got this in a dream because I kept thinking of Panic! At The Disco's new album cover, to Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! [pic here].
So yes, this is in the part of Drekkan's story where he's trapped in the OFF universe.
