It's cute so far, though I don't think you are ready for intermediate just yet.
Suggestions for improvement: define the features more. lineless drawings are great when done so the features don't run together.
also, some of your proportions are off (nose to bottom lip, for instance). This is great for a first try, really it is, but in the future try to keep an actual person's face nearby for proportion references. (or a picture, doesn't really matter.)
The quickest way to improve is to look at a real person's face while drawing, but online references are fine too.

What do u guys think about it? I am writing a book and my main char actually looks about the same as this only a different eye color (I can change my char in book tho). She is sorta like a vampire only...wof-like and doesn't suck blood. If I fix her up and make her look better, will this be a good cover for the book?
