This is Zeal from Letter Bee aka Tegami Bachi 
nobody really knows the manga/anime and even if you know it, the chance you know or realized this character is pretty small so i had to draw him ^^ he's one of my fave charries
he's a man with the body of a wolf (he also has quite big hands/claws but they're hidden under the cloak here)
well it's just a sketch... ^^
