Don't you just love overweight mermaids?? This is Mandi, my loud, lively manatee mermaid. My original plan for the drawing was to have her lying on her back underwater with shafts of light on her, but it was a bit difficult. So instead, I have her floating on the water's surface. And I tried to have her left hand sticking out and waving, which surprisngly didn't turn out to terrible.
