Erin has always been an observer. She knows the social network of her school inside out, and has managed to pick up on all her classmate's habits and behaviours. But not even her knowledge of her school politics prepared her for this.
After curious and quiet Erin starts dating modest and outgoing Tom, school diva Clara is ridden with jealousy. In order to steal Tom, Clara starts a vicious rumor about Erin which leads to the naive Tom into breaking up with the innocent Erin.
Depressed and enraged, Erin calls upon Misery, and in return for a piece of her happiness, she requests for Misery to make the devious Clara as hopelessly despondent as possible.
But being in business with Misery always has a catch....
