So this is my character from a story plot I had going ((And wish I could make a comic on Might try, depends)), Izel. She's a Created Wolf Hybrid, and also has a black wolf tail as well as those wolf ears >:D Basically, everyone despises the Hybrids and tries to kill all of them XD Then you have the Created Hybrids, which are the cause of this trouble

Anyhow, I based the small kimono on Inuyasha's, as you can see in my siggy.

Very interesting character and story. C: Your cell shading is pretty good too.

Some critique from me; I think you got the basic shapes for the eyes down, but it looks a tad unproportionate. Try smoothing out the cheek a bit and making the chin a little longer. I also suggest drawing her hair separately and then drawing her ears, so they don't look as blended together.~
