There are other CS users for! There are lots and lots of people who you meet on here, who do not care if you take a short/long break and come back after a while, and who would like to be your friend. Take me, from the posts you make I can see that you and I (probably, I cannot promise anything xP) could be friends. I mean, you're the person who posts things like the things my other friends posts.

And you know, it isn't true that you lost your friends after a year or so no talking. I mean, if they're angry at you because of that, then they weren't your friends. One of my best friends on CS disappeared about half a year ago. I did everything with him, everything. We chatted all day, joined each other's new roleplays, had a great time together. But slowly we went our own ways, and after a while I was wondering how he was doing, and I went to his page. His sig said that he had left for personal reasons, and that he was probably coming back after these were solved.
And only two weeks ago I read his sister's sig. It said he had passed away. I really feel sorry for this, for anything, but I am not mad at him because he left without telling me. Seriously not. I mean, why should I? Sometimes we just need a break from CS-life and get back into the real world again, solve real world problems and not filling out forms for 'rare' pets that are given away.

Seriously, if your friends are angry with you because you didn't reply for a year, then talk to them, and if they aren't reasonable, then they aren't real friends. Real friends forgive each other for these things.

I'd be glad to meet you, and (maybe) become friends. I'm always open for new people :3

well, this is sad but it just because you don't talk doesn't mean you aren't friends, perhaps it's just neither one of you knows what to say, I don't talk with my friends much but we're still friends. and I do understand how you feel in a way, my situation wasn't exactly the same as yours but I did feel replaced once.
