As for crit:
The eyebrows seem like they're smushed up against the eyes, right on top of them. You want some space between the eyes and brow. Also, try not to make them completely straight. They should have a bit of an arch.
The neck is also a bit too long. You should always redline/sketch it out before drawing the lineart if you don't already. Also, smoothing is always a useful tool at about 70-80% if you don't already use it, again. Refs are ways great to use for the general anatomy and pose :3
Otherwise, it's great! Although the shading could use a bit of fixing up, you've definitely got the idea! There are plenty of shading tutorials, try to check those out :3
I like to imagine there being a really bright ball of light somewhere on the picture when it comes to shading. Everywhere that the light doesn't hit directly is where there should be shading. But like I said, you're already off to a really good start. C:
