I have no idea how to draw water...or a skyline, for that matter. (hence, the W.I.P) Any tips or suggestions for that, or just in general? Thoughts, critiques? Lemme know!

Then use the blender and run it around to make cloud like swirls, water is the same, but use darker blues and put some light in there as well, once more blender and blend them making swishes like waves.
