[Freaks]

I have been reading this book in class, and I know I have already read it, but after a couple of years, my literature has risen, and I have learned to appreciate the beauty of Wilson Rawls's words. It's just amazing, each word had me on edge, it was beautiful. I watched the movie though- I'm sorry but it doesn't give the book justice. Anyways, I made this picture, God, I can't get this book out of my mind! We've all read WTRFG, and I think this brings back memories for all of us. It owns a special place in my heart, I live in a town full of these hounds, and it reminds me of my Blue-tick Gretel, and my friend's Bird-Dog, and my uncle's hound dogs. <3!!! Hope you guys like it, cause I sure do!

I have never read Where the Red Fern Grows or seen the movie, but I still appreciate the artwork. I know the basic story of WTRFG, and it sounds touching. c:
