Yes! I finnally got of my lazy bum and drew some hetalia fanart on the computer XD! Anyhow, this is England when he was a little kid

I think I made some progress and I'm almost done (blah this is taking much longer than I'd wanted it to ,but I think it's seriusly my best computer drawing so far). I added some deeper shadows to the cape and added detail to the hair, eyes, and just did a cleanup on everything. I also,for the heack of it, tried to give it a "magical" effect by adding an opaque rainbow layer.
