For those who don't know, the kelpie is a mythical-ish creature.
It appears to be a horse.
A horse that lures you onto it's back, drowns you and then proceeds to eat you.
Nice.

<3 I love stories like the scorpio races, and I'm really fascinated with folklore so I figured I use it to practice shading/highlighting.
She was supposed to have brown hair, but it didn't look right.
Blonde hair was too pale so *shrug* this is what she gets.

This is awesome! I always try to explain to my friends what a Kelpie is but they go, "Huh?" and I end up getting frustrated.
