Ooh, very very nice!
Love the pose; really brings some more life to the picture than just standing straight up would. Second, your anatomy is done quite well. It looks right, and it also looks fluid and like it could move; it doesn't look stiff. The texture and folds of the clothing are done quite well. Love the glasses and the detail put into them! Ears are drawn well, mouth is done well, somehow you did a good nose; eye is done well, and it doesn't bother me of the lack of a right eye. Shade, shadow and shine also fits and looks very real! And lastly; the hair. Oh, I love the hair! It looks real, it looks pretty, and unique. Love the hair so much.
The neck could be done a tad better: a bit shorter and not to bell at the top. If it's to bell anywhere, it should be at the bottom where it connects to the shoulders. I agree with the others; a little too much skin. The way you layered the fingers makes the pinkie a little skinny. The shine on the hair, for future reference should probably only be where the light hits it. Pretty shine, could be better on location.
All in all a really nice drawing! Forget to mention, but the background is done well too and really draws you into the piece.
