"You're not how they described you and you certainly don't look like yourself. They described an evil being with the greatest power in the Realm Circle. They described a white wolf with blue markings and blue ribbon. But you, you are different. You are kind and loving and care for all animals below you. Your markings represent everything good in you and your stockings represent the elements. The person they described certainly isn't you. Because if there's anything else that I know about the real Misty Moon is that she's my family, and my family isn't evil." said Lily, her eyebrows knit together. She looked down as she talked and looked back up after she finished. Her purple eyes showed as much kindness as a gentle summer breeze. She sat down and crossed her legs. She wore the Academy's uniform; black long-sleeve, black and baggy sweats, and a light purple t-shirt on top. Her purple crystal glowed and swirled with power.
I looked at her and no one spoke for a few minutes. Then she broke the silence, "So what does that marking mean?" she asked, pointing to the marking engraved on the tree.
I walked up to her, still in my main animal form, and sat down. I looked up at the engraving and after a long pause I spoke, "That symbol belongs to the Dark Realm. It was engraved long ago when I was only a five year old human. James, one of my brother's minions, attacked me here in the forest. He was marking this tree when I found him."
She looked at me with a puzzled look and asked, "What does it mean?"
I pondered the question a bit until I remembered what he told me, "The Dark realm is cursing the Animal Kingdom. With only this marking, the shadows of our world are allowed to take over the alley that connects the Animal Kingdom with the rest of the Animal realm. And once I'm finished, we'll be allowed to occupy the rest of the Animal realm."
I remember that James said he was the only one who could curse the Animal Kingdom, but I was able to win the fight and he was forbidden to continue. I smiled at the thought and noticed Lily waiting for an answer.
"Let's just say it's the reason why the alley that connects the Animal Kingdom with the rest of the Animal realm is called Shadow Valley," I said plainly.
But I could tell Lily was going to ask me another question, "Why did you leave Misty? You were supposed to show me how to control and discover my powers. You were supposed to show me the ropes. You were supposed to be there with me when Marisol kidnapped our parents. You were supposed to be there as my sister!"
Lily broke out in tears now. I let her hug and cry on my fur for a minute and thought that maybe she would want to hug something human, something real to her. So I transformed into my human form and hugged my little sister. Once she was finished, I wiped away her tears and said to her, "I'm here now. I promise to you that I'll never leave like I did again. I promise I'll always be there for you. From now on my family is my first priority."
After Lily's tears stopped falling, she looked up into my blue eyes and smiled. "You know, the elders were really wrong about you," she laughed as she wiped a tear with her sleeve.
I let her go and smiled, "We should be getting home, it's getting late."
She nodded and we made our way through the darkness of the forest, our crystals lighting the way.

This is a picture of Misty's new design. I'm hoping this is the final design I have for her. I designed this one in my third period algebra 2 class. The passage above is a part of the Keeper of the Ancient Crystal, formerly known as Misty's story. I'm rewriting what I have so far to suit my thoughts. The marking on the tree represents the Dark realm if you were wondering. Well that's all I have to say. I hope you guys like the picture and passage
