My only suggestion would be to use different layers (if you haven't already.) It can really make Oekaki easier to use, and it will save a lot of headaches. If you use the fill bucket, you get a fuzzy white line around everything. If you create two layers, you can color the lines in underneath them on a separate layer, and you don't get that fuzzy white line.
To make a second layer, click the little + button in the layers box. For most Oekakis, you'll probably want at least three layers. One for backgrounds, one for color, and one for lines. After adding three layers, click on "Layer 3" draw the lines here. On "Layer 2", add color, and on "Layer 1", add a background (only if you want one, though. Not all pictures have backgrounds.)
