I recommend opening floating mode and having a ref on the window below.
you don't even need to switch constantly, just look at it once or a few times.
Or for the mug, as I said, just get one down from the kitchen or whatever and have it next to you.

I do floating mode sometimes. I can't seem to see all the tools, which bothers me.
