The Hot Chocolate Pup

Postby quardie » Thu Dec 15, 2011 5:15 pm

Based off this lovely pup:

I'm quite surprised I drew this. I just got my tablet a hour or two ago---my first tablet ever---and I drew this. Hm. Even my brother is amazed I drew this. XD

Edit: Please, don't be rude. This is one of my first tries with my tablet. >_>

maybe try using refs, just get down a mug or something lol, it looks a little wide and short to me and the handle's a bit thick. c;
Also have you installed pen pressure yet? helps a ton, and you might want to use around 30-ish on smoothing. With a mouse/trackpad you need a ton but with a tablet you need much less.

Marquee Moony:
I don't use refs, I'd just rather not.

No, I don't believe. But on the Tutorial, I did have it. (I have a Bamboo Tablet) I don't think it works on ChibiPaint, unless you know how it works. ^^

refs are always useful, though, you'll never improve if you don't use them. :/

I just rather use refs that I have in my mind. I really don't like switching to and from ChibiPaint and a ref constantly. XD

I'll try that in a second, thank you very much for helping me out. ^^
