This was from earlier today. He was going to be entered the a contest but I decided to keep him. Please don't enter this.
He's a basset hound witch doctor who got trapped in modern day times to work eternally as the cashier in a crappy video store after attempting to create a very radical and very stupid potion. (The ingredients consisted of a newt, two adjacent suburbs, a match, and a director's cut version of "This is It".) He also had some minor time travelling issues prior to his video store incident.
