Is this good?Closer to Intermedite mayby?

This started as a quick sketch

I know it has no paws,it was just the way I sketched it.(I was going to make it waddle in water but i couldn't do water right ^^'')

Man,I can not make a good description to save my life....

I think the look of the kitten is intermediate, but before you post there, maybe you should perfect the background? I hate drawing backgrounds T.T

I recommened just outlining the tree and distant horizon, then it would absolutly be intermediate, to me! X3
