I've done these type of eagles before, I might as well post its progression. Lol i unno, this is what happens when I am home alone.

step 1: Sketchy

Like a normal star, I flaked off during shading. Uh, I just find the Oekaki program infuriating sometimes @_@ I am so use3d to photoshop.
