Chatter is dumb. No, not stuped, dumb, as in mute. Ironic name, I guess, for a snake that can't speak. Chatter expresses his emotions like The Monster that Lives Under the Bed (I call him Marshmellow). He will use expressions and other nonverbal cues to show people what he wants to say. We don't know if he was born mute or if he became that way somehow, but he has no scars. However, that does not prove anything as snakes shed their skin like people would change clothes that were too small. Anyway, Chatter does not like his name (Similar to Mellow) and prefers to be called C.
