Wow, wonderful drawing and I'm sorry for your dog, I had the same thing happen to me last year on this day, my dog Bear who I'd had since I was three (13 years together) was put down by my mother who is a vet tech. due to cancer which she'd had for years but the signs also showed at the last minute, it's really painful to loose a pet you've had that long, you have my sympathy, rest in peace Rubus and my Bear.

I am really, very sorry. RIP, Rubus, RIP. I lost my dog about two years ago. She was attacked by hungry, abused dogs, and then shot in the back by the abused-dogs' owner. Good thing, he moved away. We buried Jenny(Our murdured dog) in out back yard, by a big Oak. We didn't plant them, but she was mostly white, and white daisies grew where she is buried. To this day, we believe she died, protecting her puppy, Finn, who is now almost three years. May they meet in that kennal in the sky, and let them RIP<3

I'm sorry for your loss.
We lost our dog, Bailey to lymphoma about 3 years ago. She was a healthy, beautiful 3year old Australian Shepherd, when I noticed a small tumor on her stomach. It was fairly advanced cancer, nothing we could do other than make her comfortable. She lived about 10 months before she would do nothing but lay on the floor, her tumors so large on her stomach and throat that she couldn't even eat. After she died, our vet told us when she was diagnosed, that she would've been surprised if Bailey lived more than a month or two-yet she hung on long enough to wrap our brains around it and say goodbye.
Don't ever forget-it's hard to imagine it will get easier, but it will, and you can remember with fondness all your happy memories. Don't let the bad ones tarnish your memory of him!

That's sad!! I'm even crying,I love dogs, there my favorite animals. My dog had a litter of puppies, and one had something wrong with it,the other puppies would push him out of my dog's house, and he would puke every time we fed him,he died nine days later, and guess what?he was pushed out of the dog house, dead. My dog looked up at me with the saddest looking face on her.I started to cry right away.I ran to my mom and told her.We buried him,my mom put a napkin with him that said:We love you Rocky!!!.That was his name Rocky, because he was so stiff.R.I.P Rocky. :(
