Short for Tasmanian Little Cat, or the Tasmanian Cat (TC). Part domestic cat, part Tasmanian devil, part peafowl. Not quite done yet. I want to make an adoptable out of this, which is why there are six bases. I still need to add shading and highlights, and make a bunch of drawings for the topic.
