I don't think it's quite intermediate, but I like it. It's cute. The muzzle is too rounded, and there should be more of a bump where the nose is on the lineart. You should add fur detail and then try making the lineart a thinner line. Then add a nice background.

EDIT:
I think there's also too many ripples along the neck. You should make a little bit of the other ear visible on the other side of the head, because right now it looks like it has no ear on its right side. :3
