This is cute.
As some things to fix, the lineart is a little bit messy and the ear that is further away looks bigger and closer then it should be at that angle. Then the sitting on the tail looks slightly awkward, I think the front arms should be longer to where the paws touch the ground or if they are not supposed to, have a bend in the elbow area to show that they aren't short just bent. The hind legs are a bit odd to find out how I'm looking at them, if its supposed to be coming off at an angle instead of sitting up by the body then there should be more of a curve to show this, and you should be able to see the lower part of the leg. I'm not very good with quads though, the best advice I can give would be to look at pictures of the legs and how they would be position, and perhaps a skeleton of a quad so you can know where what bends.
