tl;dr: This is definitely not art theft. They're too different to be considered art theft. The points made by Neara are nothing more than common stylistic items, that seem to be pretty consistent in Aiden's gallery. To me, this just seems to be a case of coincidence. :3

Also, for future reference, if you suspect art theft, just report the post. Do not start accusing others, just report the post with your evidence, and let the mods sort it out.
