It's not as if I want to go
Killing maidens, eating souls
I'm not the beast you think I am
In fact, you humans aren't much better
Cows grazing in the pastures green
To them, it's you who is the beast
Like you, we must eat to survive
So why do you go slaying us
Does so much hatred fill your hearts
That you must go slaying us?
Us dragons, we aren't evil beasts
In fact, I'd say that you are
A random poem adressing how I think dragons must feel about humans.
