Not bad! I'd suggest maybe rounding the back of the head a little more and lowering the eye. Also, perhaps you could add some feather texturing to the red area if that's what you intended it to be. Otherwise that looks really great, I like the colour scheme you used. And the lava, that's pretty awesome. :3
