No, actually it's pretty good!
Maybe if you straightened out the legs or made them a bit bigger, it might look a little better?
And a horse has a natural curve to it's stomach, which means its ribcage should probably be a bit lower than the other half of its body.
But still, really good! Better than I could draw ;)
