Soooooo, Chibipaint doesn't have any kind of resize tool does it? Been working on a picture of the royal cats and realized one of the cats heads is too big when I zoomed out. I think I'm just going to redo him.

No, MS Paint doesn't have a resize tool<3.
If your looking for programs like MS Paint, try GIMP, Photoshop ect^^

Umm... Chibipaint is the oekaki drawing thing. Not MS paint.^^' And, unfortunately, I don't believe it does have a resize tool =[ but I could be wrong so I would suggest a second opinion =o

Side note: MS paint DOES have a resize tool though xD
