I was experimenting with how people make the editable oekakis. You need 3 layers. The one at the bottom (layer 1) is the background. The one in the middle (layer 2) is where you colour. The one at the top (layer 3) is where the outlines are drawn.
I used to be Evil Teddy, then I was {*~Cupcake~*}.
