Overall he was filled with challenges How do I do roan? White over gray?. Dapples?. Keeping color from blending?. Iolair was the most challenging I've ever worked with because of his blue roan coloration. I am happy with the result; he doesn't "just look gray". I'm aware he's a little stocky for a Tennessee Walking Horse.
6-6-11 fixed the stripe which was missing and tail looks better. 6-7-11 finished up background.
6-9-11 fixed the eye, thank you Neara for your tip, it was wrong after all.
His markings are like her character.

EDIT 7-18-11 4:30AM: EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT VISIT MY POSE REF., I HAVE TO POST IT BECAUSE I USED IT BUT I JUST FOUND OUT TONIGHT SINCE I GOT A NEW VIRUS PROTECTION THAT IT'S CORRUPTED, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THEIR WEBSITE. THANKS. I'm leaving it here as a reference without a link because I used the site for reference but just found out it's corrupted. It's the website Rise and Shine Walkers with no spaces .com and the horse I used is named Frosty under images/stories/Frosty/DSC_8321.JPG . I used it to get my pose.
CS staff, at the time I had no knowledge of the site being corrupted, I only used it as an art reference.
Most challenging: The place where the near side rear fetlock crosses the off side rear leg.
What do I like: The mane, I love it. I like how the hooves turned out too.
What I don't like: When I view it on a bright computer, the near greens are too yellow, yuck.
