Great drawing. The goat amuses me. As for the background... I think it would be funny if they were somewhere completely abnormal... like a kitchen or bathroom... or maybe near a pool! ^_^ lol

The goat's front legs could be a little thicker, those legs wouldn't support his stamache! The part where the leg meets the body should look more like a shoulder, not going as much inward.
For the background... mabey... on the edge of a tall skyscraper, and the skyscraper on top of a bouncy-ball in the middle of a feild! XD! I just thought that would be wierd!
