I have always wanted to learn piano. So when I discovered an old keyboard in the basement, I was thrilled. Sadly, the 11 lowest notes are broken, the sharps and flats not included, they work. The other downside is that I have to teach myself to play it. I already play viola, so I know how to read music and such. I really don't know were to put my fingers on the thing, so I am having a bit of trouble. I can, however, recognize notes and there names on the music sheets. I also have my keys labeled with the note names. XD I love the internet, it can help you do so many things. But when it comes to playing using both hands at the same time, I can't do it. I also get confused when playing silly beginner's pieces, because I can't tell right from left. Is right hand on the top? I think it is. So irritating!!
