mler background.I really need sleep, do you guys know that i only got a c in my business mock? that shows how tired i am..i usually get higher. i reckeon I'm rambling. i really need sleep. CAN PEOPLE please pleasse give me criticism on the horse's anatomy? i really want to improve, and i did this with no references.

About the anatomy, its really good! I would say possibly a bit longer legs and a shorter body, but other than that, it's perfect!

the mane and tail have AMAZING shading/highlights, i can only really draw properly on paper. Background is AWESOME.

Heya, you asked for anatomy crits... see my beginner pintabian (Should have been intermediate but I'm new).
Every horse of any color has this wierd rounded high light that goes from belly up to back and then down the leg and up to the hip, it's on every horse and/or pony I have ever seen.
I love the pose but I think the joints need a little work and the body is a little long. (Measure the head, on most horses the body is 1 head plus just a bit longer. Check some reference photos. Arabians are easy to find on the internet and for shadows, check out hughesarabians.com where there are tons of photos of black arabians which really show the details of every joint and musculature. The background worked well with the grays of the horse.
