City Lights RP

I've had this in my drawing bank for a long time. This was one of my first novice drawings on Oekaki. When I saw the tittle " City Lights RP" in the forum the drawing popped in my head and I had to get it out. I'm not apart of the RP, but I thought that I might as well post it instead of it collecting dust. Hope you like it!
