[The wild one]

This is my Ferox character, Bailey. "Ferox" is a species I made up. They're an alien species, that look like dragons, but aren't. They have wings like dragons, but they can't breath fire at all. And just so you know, the things on the side of Bailey's head would be used in displays to impress a potential breeding partner, or intimidate a rival(they can stretch really far, and stand away from his head).
They're almost this planet's dinosaurs, except that they've been around for millions of years and still survive into the time where the dominant species of the planet has more advanced technology.
"Ferox" actually means "ferocious" in Latin. It describes how the creature acts towards other things, so it stuck xD.
This is my first attempt at drawing one on the computer, and also the first time that I drew it fairly realistically. I think it worked out pretty well, but I'm sure there I things I could improve upon xD.

Bailey and Feroxes both belong to me.

Thanks ^^. I put it in beginner's because that's a habit of mine xD. I always post in beginner's, mainly because I think my art isn't good enough yet for intermediate =P.

I really like how you drew the scales and the anatomy :3 I just think the lower jaw is a bit weird... too thick, maybe? I am not so sure.

If you think the bottom jaw is thick now, you should have seen the sketch. It was so much bigger xD. This is one of my first times drawing a dragon with its mouth open, so it's bound to look a little funny.
