I <3 wolves, im sorry.

sorry for your loss on the cousin, but -- don't take this the wrong way -- how did you know it wasn't "any of that seal stuff"?
sharks are predators, sure, but so are wolves. so if a shark attack happens somewhere, it's just eating to survive.

and, may i be frank, humans as a race aren't an endangered species. it may seem un-humantiarian of me, but it's not devastating to
me if four people are lost in a car crash in southern Connecticut.

wolves are nice, I don't have anything against them, so your comments on how much you just LOVELOVELOVE those canine companions' ancestors is irrelevant to my point. ..or just proving me right. sharks need love, too. end of discussion.

red wolves are more endargered than sharks and theres only 100 of red wolves

I am a wolf,
running through the trees.
Following the scents
on the midnight breeze.
I am a wolf,
standing with my beautiful mate.
We must stand strong and ]brave
and face any callenges sent by fate.
I am a wolf,
hunting with my pack.
With the young and old wolves waiting
for meat to be brought back.
I am a wolf,
wild, fierce and free.
Living in forests and mountains
s t r e t c h i n g as far as the eye can see.
I am a wolf,
I'd never want to be anything more.
And I hope that even after I'm gone,
there will be wolves forevermore.

There are not only 100 red wolves, according to this article. According to This article, grey wolves have at least 12,000 animals in the United States. This article has a list of sharks that are endangered.

Sorry about my rantish post, I just tend to agree with the title. ^^

the problem is, yes there are red wolves, but in general there is only one species of wolf. And when they say that the great white is more endangered than the gray wolf ... well duh, its the only species of almost every wolf.
and to Wittington's question:
I actually shouldnt of said that because I really dont know and your right. I was just angry i guess. (But he wasnt wearing anything shiny)

It's funny to see people commenting like you're saying something bad about wolves, though you're obviously not. Lol.
I love this picture, I'm glad to see sharks get some good attention on the Oekaki as well!
