Wel, I thought I'd try the crayon effect I've seen around the oekaki boards, but I don't think I've done it quite right. x3
Anyways I thought it looked cute so that's the only reason I didn't scrap it. (:
Feel free to leave comments, crit or I'd love it if someone could enlighten me to how to properly reproduce the crayon effect. ^_^

Well, I used the pencil tool and adjusted the scatter and spacing if that helps at all. :)
