She doesn't seem too happy about the way I colored her... :|

Anyway, I finally figured out how Vampy did her amazing crayon stuff...

AND I THINK IT IS INDEED AMAZING.

^^ This is just a random character, but I like her. So no stealy... :B

You select the pencil tool and turn up the 'scatter' effect! ^^
