- first digital drawing since december 2020, first one i've finished since may 2020. i've been trying to learn to love art again, which is mainly learning how to create art for myself again.
this is a drawing of my cat, misha <3 she is my halloween baby, an absolute angel, and spent the majority of this process asleep in my lap
there's mistakes, proportions are off, etc etc etc but im really trying to cut myself some slack and not get hyper-focused on the details or else it turns into a chore very quickly. more than likely i'll go back in and edit some details in the future like that patch of fur on her chest i could not manage to get through without losing my mind dhfjfsghvfkm
and some things never change (me never knowing what background to slap on a drawing)
hopefully i'll be back on oekaki again before 2 more years have passed but no promises !!
