I decided to take him out of the adopt folder and keep him. I really got attached to him and decided to give this ole boy a makeover, but I redraw as well. What do you think of his old vs new design? Which do you like better? You can let me know what your thoughts are. Personally and I’m my biggest criticizer, I feel the old design was so out of touch with the way Elliot’s breed (Golden Retrievers) pelt design and colors should look. I think this has a more realistic style while keeping it playful by adding some of my own touches and having the colors not be so accurate to a golden retriever, but still keeping them to a realistic color.
