I agree with Jupiter; write everything down, or just record yourself talking about everything that bothers you in your life, or about yourself or your situation and what you're anxious about, if you don't trust anyone enough to talk about it with them in detail.
Your anger or anxiety never fully goes away because those are feelings, and you'll have 'em sometimes, all throughout life, and that's okay. As I'm sure you know, the problem is what you do with the feelings. By writing or recording yourself talking about it, you're leaving a record (that you can refer back to in similar situations) of what the issues your dealing with (or are bothering you) the most are, and by working them out through writing or speaking you might be able to talk yourself down to the main reason why you're always worried about that problem, or are irritated by the littlest things, or why your temper builds so fast.
The point is to go spill out ALL of those emotions, everything you're feeling, with anger or pain or tears, and then after this tide of emotions subsides, even just a little, (seriously keep writing or talking til you feel calmer, or something subside or "release" ig)
#1. Then, see if anything that you justified, fought about, believed or seethed about in your head, sounds less fair, unreasonable, or just wrong.
#2. Now that you've exposed everything inside that's been bothering you, see if any of those things are connected to each other somehow, like a problem of mine is that my insecurity about my worth bc of someone close to me’s words, made me bitter towards that person even though they made me feel that way unintentionally, and bitterness goes hand-in-hand with resentment and as long as my heart was hurt like that, I had very sour words to say. If anything you're dealing with is connected be it emotionally, (like my example) or literally, finances and safety for another example, focus on those and see if you can find the root of the problem.
I can't tell you how to deal with that if/when you find, since it's your life, but at least you'll be able to know that enemy, keep track of when it surfaces, and face it head on, giving it a form that you can watch out for, as not your whole identity, but something that you're having to deal with so it needs to go, or get smaller and more manageable, since again, some things are impossible to avoid. Personally, I deal with my problems in this way, and it works out.

Though, sometimes I'm just talking to myself (when no one is awake) and sometimes I just pray out loud. I just spill and spill and spill, and eventually I can feel God settle my tide of emotions I've created, and out of nowhere, it's like He starts floating memories, or bible verses, or things my amazing father has told me, or things I'd never thought about but that I needed to hear, to my mind. Most of the time the result is that I've been having the wrong reaction to what was said to me, or that the person was wrong, but that's their problem and I must not bear the burden of carrying what they chose to do, or something like that. It's comforting because I always know He's listening. I understand if you wouldn't do that though, ^^ I know it's hard to pray to someone you can't see, but the evidence of the Holy Spirit by speaking in other tongues, the Comforter as the Bible calls it, is more than enough for me. Sorry this bit is kind or a ramble, lol.
